We had an awesome stay thanks to hotel's amazingly great staff. Our lovely romantic and clean room included extremely comfy bed, a lounge and a kitchen. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location very close to old town of Verona was particularly good and amazing.

The penthouse apartment is excellent and has a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and TV. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. It has great and good location in the middle of the city.

The atmosphere created was quiet. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and TV. Coffee, tea and breads for breakfast were all freshly made...

The rooms are impeccably clean, with coffee, a separate bedroom, for example provided. It offers excellent and absolutely perfect location really close to bridge, the Funicular and bridge across the river to central area and the ponte pietra and river. The staff is extremely great and amiable, as well as host.

The hotel offers excellent and incredible rooms with coffee, fresh fruit, as example, I am very pleased about that.

It has perfect and excellent location very close to old town of Verona, in a downtown area. Verona Historical Centre district deserves to be explored.

The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was freshly made. The staff were affable and amicable as well, would return there.

The views from the top floor apartment were absolutely stunning, especially the view of the old town. It was definitely worth the cost of the room. the living area was spacious and well-appointed, with a cosy lounge/kitchen arrangement and a separate bedroom. the apartment had all the cooking facilities we needed, and the air-conditioning was excellent. the airport transfer organized by the host was a great convenience and took away all the stress of making an early morning flight.

One caveat was the steep steps just outside the apartment door, which could be tricky for tall people.

We stayed at Santo Stefano for 3 nights as we explored the beautiful city of Verona. The location was perfect, just outside the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. We were grateful for the kind hospitality of the owner, Luca, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, featuring fresh and tasty products.

We would definitely recommend this hotel.
